INGREDIENTS
  • ½ kg pork
  • 3 onions
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • ¾ 1s stock
  • 2 tsp thyme
  • 2-3 tsp sweet pepper
  • 200 g rice
  • 2 peppers
  • 1 chilli
  • 3 fresh tomatoes or 1 can of sliced tomatoes parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation
  • Cut meat into pieces
  • Chop onions and garlic
  • Heat oil and fry meat until slightly brown
  • Add onions, garlic, tomatoes, stock, thyme, salt, and black pepper
  • Boil for approximately 30 minutes
  • Wash rise and rinse
  • Chop chilli and peppers
  • Add rice, peppers, and chilli to meat and boil until rice has absorbed all liquid
  • Add salt, black pepper, and parsley according to your taste
