INGREDIENTS
  • 250 g rice
  • 1400 ml milk
  • 100 g sugar
  • 3 eggs vanilla lemon peel, grated
  • 50 g butter
  • 100 raisins
  • Salt
  • Melted chocolate

Rice pie



Preparation
  • Cook rice in milk with a pinch of salt.
  • When cooked add butter and stir.
  • Beat egg yolks with 7b spoons of sugar and add grated lemon peel and vanilla.
  • Add mixture to rice
  • Stir well and raisins with the beaten egg whites.
  • Pour into baking pan and cook for approximately 40 minutes.
  • Sprinkle cake with powdered sugar or cover with melted chocolate
